Straight Answers, No Fine-Print Chase
Everything worth knowing about how Kestrelux actually works, in plain language.
Is any of this real money?
No. Every coin on Kestrelux is virtual, holds no cash value, and can never be bought, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or prizes of any kind.
Do I have to pay to keep playing?
No — Kestrelux is 100% free to play. Your Welcome Coins refill through ordinary free play; nothing is ever locked behind a purchase.
How old do I need to be?
18 or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
Is the flagship reel actually random?
Yes — every spin uses a real weighted symbol draw and a real payline evaluation, not a scripted outcome.
What if I run out of coins?
Come back later — balances aren't persisted for guest sessions, and signed-in accounts can keep earning through play.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, any time — reach out through Get In Touch and we'll take care of it.
Kestrelux is 100% free-to-play, for players 18 and older. This kind of game can be habit-forming for some — play at a pace that stays fun.
