Privacy Policy

Overview

This page explains what Kestrelux collects, why, and what control you have over it. Kestrelux is a free-to-play social casino — no real-money wagering happens anywhere on this site.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect the email address and password you provide (your password is stored hashed with bcrypt — we never store it, or have access to it, in plain text). We also automatically record device, usage, and referral information at signup and during play: your IP address and approximate geographic region, the ad click reference (if you arrived via an ad), which buyer/domain referred you, your browser's user-agent string, and gameplay activity like which games you open and your in-session coin balance and bet size.

How We Use Your Information

To create and secure your account, keep your coin balance and game progress in sync across visits, understand which games and pages are popular so we can improve Kestrelux, and meet our own legal and security obligations.

Cookies

We use cookies for essential site function and, with your permission, analytics and advertising. See our Cookie Policy for the full breakdown and how to change your choice at any time.

Data Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. Limited data may be shared with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — reach out through our Get In Touch.

Children's Privacy

Kestrelux is restricted to players 18 and older (or the age of majority where you live). We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
